My father was Maj. Clyde L Falls Jr, who’s USAF service spanned as an F-86 pilot from Sept 1958 to March 1960 w/ the 41st FIS in Guam. Then onto the T-33’s and T-38’s in the interim. Then from June 1967 to March 1968 flew the F-105 with the 388th TFW - 13th TFS/34th TFS in Korat. And finally flew the F-106 with the 318th FIS at McChord AFB, where he was killed when his plane went down in 1969, near Mt. Rainier.
My father died after being awarded 15 Air Combat Medals, 4 DFC's and the Silver Star, for his combat service in NVN. Because I was a child when I lost my father, I'm looking for anyone who may have served with him at any point of his service career. Please let me know if you may have known my father, or feel free to forward this message to someone who may have served with him as well.
