46 - Col Roger D Ingvalson

Haden Fullam: hmfullam@gmail.com

My name is Haden Fullam, I am the grandson of Col Roger D Ingvalson, USAF (ret). I stumbled across this website while doing homework for a presentation. I noticed there was no information on this site about him and I know he would be more than willing to share if anyone would like to contact me. This is an absolutely amazing group of Airmen that is greatly owed by their nation. I am forever thankful for what you guys have done and what you continue to do!

45 - My father Ivor Goodrich

Joni Schur: schur6590@gmail.com

My dad was a member of the 34th Tactical Fighter Squadron during 1968. I'm wondering if any of this group knew him or know of any way I can find someone who may have known him. He died five years ago and I have very few stories or pictures related to his military career.
Any assistance you can provide is greatly appreciated.
Joni Schur, 970-412-9213

44 - Alan K. Rutherford

Curtis Spangler: spanglerc@mchsi.com

I flew on an HU-16 during the Vietnam conflict. On Aug. 6, 1966, I (literally) pulled a thud flyer out of the Gulf of Tonkin near Hainan Island. Just wondering where he is today. His name is Alan K. Rutherford, big guy (as my still sore back will testify). A USAF Captain.
Curtis.

Thanks for your service; I'm certain that Alan also thanks you. The last email we had for Alan is on the Guys N thru R page. He did finish his 100 missions in October 1966. Take care, Jack

43 - Maj. Clyde L Falls Jr 34th TFS

Steve Falls: nwfalls@comcast.net

My father was Maj. Clyde L Falls Jr, who’s USAF service spanned as an F-86 pilot from Sept 1958 to March 1960 w/ the 41st FIS in Guam. Then onto the T-33’s and T-38’s in the interim. Then from June 1967 to March 1968 flew the F-105 with the 388th TFW - 13th TFS/34th TFS in Korat. And finally flew the F-106 with the 318th FIS at McChord AFB, where he was killed when his plane went down in 1969, near Mt. Rainier.
My father died after being awarded 15 Air Combat Medals, 4 DFC's and the Silver Star, for his combat service in NVN. Because I was a child when I lost my father, I'm looking for anyone who may have served with him at any point of his service career. Please let me know if you may have known my father, or feel free to forward this message to someone who may have served with him as well. Thank-you in advance, and for your service for our Country, I'm eternally grateful.

Sincerely, Steve Falls (nwfalls@comcast.net)

Steve, Thank you for your inquiry and information. I've added an entry on the Guys page with some of this information. Hopefully some of the folks from that time period will contact you. Take care, Jack

42 - Hi from a 34th TFS Member: Dec. 24, 66 - July 13, 67

Don Austin: doagardyloo@hotmail.com

A very good website. Thanks for keeping alive our efforts in the Vietnam War. I was fortunate enough to fly 100 missions over North Vietnam which included 26 missions in Route Package 6 around Hanoi and Northeast Railroad from Hanoi to a 20 mile buffer zone from Communist China.

I want to remember all those that gave their all......I sincerely hope we never forget them. Of course, we always hold the POWs and MIAs in the highest regard!!

Thanks again, Don Austin, 34th TFS Dec 66 - Jul 67, "B" Flight

Hi Don, Good to hear from you again! I certainly remember all our Thud years together and hope all is well with you. Thanks for the entry. Take care, Jack
