I flew on an HU-16 during the Vietnam conflict. On Aug. 6, 1966, I (literally) pulled a thud flyer out of the Gulf of Tonkin near Hainan Island. Just wondering where he is today. His name is Alan K. Rutherford, big guy (as my still sore back will testify). A USAF Captain.

Thanks for your service; I'm certain that Alan also thanks you. The last email we had for Alan is on the Guys N thru R page. He did finish his 100 missions in October 1966. Take care, Jack
