Noted F-105 historian Howard Plunkett has published Pack Six Blues: The Diary of an F-105 Thunderchief Pilot. Describes Korat missions in late 1966; another must read!
Howard Plunkett also published Fighting Cavaliers: The F-105 History of the 421st Tactical Fighter Squadron 1963 - 1967, which has many references to the 34th TFS from this sister squadron.
